Swogo Limited provides its business partners with consumer product bundling solutions: technology that displays bundle recommendations on the retailer’s website. Swogo Limited collects and uses data in order to track the performance of the Swogo solution and deliver more relevant recommendations in the future.
What information does Swogo Limited collect?
Swogo Limited collects and uses only non-personally identifiable information, including: the device and IP address used to access the Internet; the browser or application used; the time and date when the Swogo bundle solution was used by the customer; which and how many products were added to the customer’s basket; which and how many products the customer then purchased. For each product, we track the product title, category, retailer ID, and price at time of purchase.
Swogo Limited collects the non personally identifiable information above using cookies.
How is the collected information used?
Swogo Limited uses the collected information for two reasons:
Track which bundle recommendations have successfully sold on a retailer’s website: this allows us to measure our performance with each retailer we work with, and share with them these results.
Improve results: by understanding what sells and what doesn’t sell, we can then learn how to provide better recommendations in the future to the retailer’s customers.
A cookie is set every time a customer adds a Swogo bundle to basket, clicking the “add to basket” button beside the bundle. This cookie then has a max lifetime of one day.
