Sales Development Rep - London

As a Sales Development Rep (SDR) you’ll be the foundation of our sales operations. You will be ideally placed to leverage our unique client offering and expand our reach to like-minded retailers. This will involve reaching out to Directors and “C” Level executives and working closely with our CEO and CRO to build a pipeline.

This is a great opportunity for those who want to get into software sales. 

Your tasks at Swogo

  • Focused to drive new business appointments for the sales team; you are a hunter, not a farmer
  • Be motivated and have the ability to work individually and as part of a team
  • Articulate and evangelise Swogo’s solution suite to excite retailers to take a meeting
  • Be of a persuasive and tenacious mindset, but not aggressive and overly forceful
  • Learn, understand and get up to speed quickly with Swogo’s solutions so that you can easily speak about why retailers should take a meeting with us
  • Listen to the prospect to understand their goals and objectives, manage expectations and schedule the meeting
  • Immediately act on raw information which may be inbound enquires as the result of marketing activities, but also generate meetings from your own activities (e.g. LinkedIn etc)
  • Engage and be engaging in order to qualify the meeting. That is, only booking good quality meetings, not poor ones to ‘make up the numbers’
  • Assign qualified meetings to appropriate Sales team members, based on defined parameters
  • Update Swogo’s CRM daily (Hubspot) – provide clear, consistent information to management on a weekly basis
  • Meet and exceed quarterly meeting bookings set by the CRO
  • Work diligently to ensure processes and resources at your disposal are maximised
  • Based at our London Old Street Office

About You

  • Minimum of 2 years in SDR / appointment setting role for a SaaS software vendor, ideally to Digital Marketing / E-Commerce
  • Knowledge of and interest in the e-commerce space would be a distinct advantage
  • Proven track record of exceeding targets
  • Ability to read people and situations, then act accordingly
  • Be driven and organised to prioritise time and tasks
  • Establish rapport with prospects and colleagues alike
  • ‘Can-do’ attitude

  • Salary – Base and Commission (uncapped, with very attractive accelerators for overachievement)

Inside Sales Executive - London

French Speaking Customer Success Manager - London

As a Customer Success Manager you’ll be responsible for our French speaking customers, speaking directly to their e-commerce leaders — seeking growth opportunities, expanding each account’s size, and creating a roadmap for success.

You will work closely with our Customer Success Director who built the Customer Success department at successful SaaS startup, Triptease. As we are in the early phases of building our Customer Success team, you’ll also have the opportunity to work closely with our Founders and play a crucial role in defining our Customer Success Strategy.

Your tasks at Swogo

  • Own overall relationship with French speaking customers, which includes: growing account size, and ensuring retention and satisfaction
  • Grow existing customers to meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue objectives
  • Identify and develop upsell opportunities to set customer growth strategies
  • Develop and nurture customer advocates
  • Monitor and manage our growing customer success team
  • Ensure daily needs of the retailer are met
  • Keep customer profiles updated

About You

Financial Controller (Part-Time) - London

About You
